This Green Grape jelly is a fresh change from the commonly used mango, strawberry and orange jellies. Try out this Green grape jelly with bread for breakfast and tell me if you like it ! Your suggestions for this Green Grape Jelly are welcome !
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon lime flavored dietetic carbonated beverage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup beverage and set aside to soften.
Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan, place over low heat and cook until grapes are tender and skins burst about 10 minutes.
Mash well to make a smooth spread.
Stir in softened gelatin.
Chill until jelled.
