Quick Sparkling Jelly

I serve the Quick Sparkling Jellydish on the days I make pancakes. Trust me, they make for a perfect and yummy breakfast! Why don’t you try the Quick Sparkling Jelly with your pancakes or even toasts! Trust me they will make your day!
Ingredients
  Apple juice 1 Quart (Bottled)
  Strawberry flavored soft drink mix 1 Tablespoon (Half Envelope)
  Powdered fruit pectin 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Box)
  Sugar 4 1⁄4 Cup (68 tbs)
Directions

Blend apple juice, drink mix, and pectin in a large heavy saucepot; stir over high heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Add the sugar all at one time and blend thoroughly.
Bring to a full rolling boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove jelly from heat; let stand several minutes and skim off foam.
Pour jelly into hot sterilized glasses and seal with melted paraffin
