|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Liquid fruit pectin||3 Ounce (Half Bottle)|
Mix sugar and juices in a heavy 3-quart saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved; bring to boiling.
Immediately stir in pectin and return to boiling; stir and boil rapidly 1 minute.
Remove from heat; skim off any foam.
Ladle into hot sterilized glasses and seal with melted paraffin
