Teriyaki Marinade is a highly popular seasoning for foods, especially meat and poultry. Teriyaki marinade uses a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, wine or sherry, spices, herbs etc to which the meat or poultry pieces are soaked. The pieces are to be left in the teriyaki marinade mix for at least a couple of hours before grilling, smoking or roasting the dish.
