Japanese Ice Cream

Japanese ice cream, as the name suggests, originated in Japan a long time back. Over the years, it has become popular not only in South East Asia but the rest of the world as well. Its main characteristics are that it is extremely rich and creamy and the vanilla flavor is not too strong.
