Japanese Fried Rice

Japanese fried rice is a part of Japanese main cuisine and is famous for being one of the easiest recipes. This is an economical recipe and is mostly made up of the leftover dishes. Although, it is recommended to use short grain rice, any other type of rice can also be used to make the Japanese fried rice. Some other ingredients used to make Japanese fried rice are known as oil, eggs, cooked rice, onion, soy sauce, vegetables (such as bean snow peas, sprouts, scallions, spring onions, and corn), chicken, pork, fish, prawns, crab meat and red chilli & garlic.
