Tokyo Steak

Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Ground ginger To Taste
  Pepper 1 , freshly ground
  Rice wine/Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Filet mignon steaks 24 Ounce (About 4 6 Ounce Units)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces
Directions

Combine salt, ginger, pepper, and wine; blend well.
Rub onto steaks.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in heavy skillet.
Add steaks; saute 2 minutes on each side.
Arrange oranges and capers on top of steaks; dot with remaining butter.
Place skillet under preheated broiler; broil 3 minutes.
