Vegetable Tempura

Vegetable Tempura has a Blistering taste.The Eggs and Flour gives the Vegetable Tempura Wonderful taste.
Ingredients
For batter
  Egg 1
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Mix the batter ingredients well together until smooth.
Heat oil in a wok or karai.
Dip 1 piece of vegetable in the batter and deep fry a few at a time.
Give each person a small bowl with tentsuyu sauce and let each one dip the tempura in their sauce and eat it whilst it is hot.

Use cole slaw mix for vegtable tempura , Its fast and easy and chopped up for you, Add chicken or shrimp or added goodness. HONTO!
