Classic Okonomiyaki

Okonomiyaki is a type of Japanese pancake. It is a savoury pancake. This pancake has different toppings over it that change with the region and people. One of the popular types of okonomiyaki is the Osaka style.
Ingredients
  Okonomiyaki flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Okonomiyaki sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Shredded cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 1⁄2 , diced
  Bonito flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked scallops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Handful Of)
  Tempura mix 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mix water and okonomiyaki flour and make a batter.
2. Crack an egg and beat it into the batter.
3. Pour the batter into cabbage.
4. Add green onions and scallops and mix.
5. Heat a pan and pour the mixture on it.
6. Spread tempura bits on it.
7. Mix and cook both sides like a pancake.
8. Serve.
