|Seasoned salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sherry/Saki||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Smoky barbecue/Catsup||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green onions||1 Tablespoon|
Combine chuck lightly with seasoned salt and pepper and monosodium glutamate.
Divide into 4 or 5 portions.
Shape each one loosely into patties.
Combine sherry, soy sauce, honey and barbecue sauce or catsup.
Brush generously over both sides of meat; cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Grill over charcoal, brushing often with sauce.
Serve garnished with sliced green onions.
