Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sake/Dry vermouth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed or minced
  Grated gingerroot 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Use with chicken, pork or fish.
