Japanese Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 5 Ounce
  Water 15 Ounce
  Sugar 6 Ounce
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), thinly sliced
  Ginger pieces 3 , sliced
  T bone steaks/2 sirloin steaks 4
Directions

Mix ingredients for sauce.
Marinate steaks in mixture for 6 to 8 hours; charcoal broil.
While barbecuing, baste with mixture.
