Mushroom And Scallop Teriyaki
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated ginger root||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Combine ingredients and blend well.
Skewer as above.
Brush generously with sauce and grill as above, except baste with sauce instead of butter.
