|Sirloin steak||2 Pound (About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Molasses||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Preferably Use Grandma's West Indies)|
|Pineapple chunks||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut steak into 1 inch cubes.
Combine onion, ginger, soy sauce, sherry and molasses in a bowl; mix well.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Alternate meat on skewers with pineapple chunks.
Grill to desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with one of the following sauces.
