Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients
  Steaks 6 Medium (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic buttons 2 , finely chopped
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Meat tenderizer 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cover steaks with soy sauce mixture.
Add remaining ingredients; let soak overnight.
Cook over charcoal for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve hot.
