Chuck Roast Teriyaki

Chuck Roast Teriyaki is a yummy dish that will definitely be a winner at the next party you host. I served the Chuck Roast Teriyaki last week for my husband's colleagues and they loved it. Don’t miss this one out.
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Tablespoon
  Chuck roast 4 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Sprinkle monosodium glutamate evenly on both sides of roast, using 1/2 teaspoon per pound.
Pierce meat deeply with fork; let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Mash garlic with sugar.
Mix with remaining ingredients in shallow dish.
Cut roast into 1 1/2 inch cubes; marinate for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, turning occa sionly.
Drain cubes.
Place on charcoal grill about 10 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
Do not add salt.
