Crispy Teriyaki Spring Rolls

Teriyaki spring rolls are perfect appetizers for your afternoon party. Serve them warm with sauce or dip.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Crushed garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Cabbage 1⁄2
  Finely chopped carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Spring onion 1 Ounce, shredded
  Teriyaki sauce 3 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

*Heat oil in fry pan
*Stir beef, black pepper, carrots, and salt in. Stir until the meat become brown.
*Make sure that the meat is cooked well. Keep it aside.
*Heat oil in another pan, Add garlic and onion. Saute until its transparent.
* Add cabbage . Stir fry for a moment.
*Add soy sauce, salt and teriyaki sauce. Stir well. Cover with lid for 2 minutes.
*Then add cooked beef and spring onions. Stir fry for about 1 minute over high heat. Make sure not to overcook the vegetables.
*Brush outer edge of the skin roll with flour paste. Place 1 tbsp filling on the spring roll skin. Roll the pastry into a tighter roll according to pastry instructions.
*Place side with edge showing face down to hold shape until time for frying.
*Fry in oil in a hot pan in high heat until golden brown.
*Serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.

Hi TryNewFood, this teriyaki spring rolls is very tempting... do you have recipe for teriyaki sauce? I don't find much of it here in India...so; it would be great if you could post the teriyaki sauce recipe...!

I have always tried to make spring rolls..but they always break up:-(!! How do you manage without breaking them?
