Teriyaki Chicken Wings

The teriyaki chicken wings are asian inspired chicken preparation. Marinated with the flavors of soy sauce, garlic, ginger and pepper with sugar to mellow the taste, the treiyaki chicken wings make a great side to a meal and are baked in the oven for a healthier option.
Ingredients
  Chicken wings 30
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Remove smallest joint from wings.
Combine seasonings, pour over chicken wings in bowl and marinate overnight.
Melt butter in baking pan.
Add wings and some of the marinade.
Cook at 350°F for 20 minutes, turn wings and continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain on rack to get rid of excess fat.
