Teriyaki Chicken Wings
|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove smallest joint from wings.
Combine seasonings, pour over chicken wings in bowl and marinate overnight.
Melt butter in baking pan.
Add wings and some of the marinade.
Cook at 350Â°F for 20 minutes, turn wings and continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain on rack to get rid of excess fat.
