Kabocha Mochi

I thought of something else to make with pumpkin: kabocha mochi. Kabocha means pumpkin and mochi usually means rice cake – but other things that have a similar consistency to mochi but aren’t actually made of rice can also be called mochi.
Ingredients
  Pumpkin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cubed
  Potato starch 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Boil the pumpkin in water until soft.
2. Then mash it and add some potato starch and mix to combine well.
3. Then roll it into flat balls.
4. In a pan, heat the oil.
5. Fry the balls until golden brown.

SERVING
6. Plate and serve.
