1. Cut the daikon into thick slices. Then cut the slices into strips.
2. In a pan, add the cut daikon and boil it in the water and soy sauce.
3. Put some sugar in a bowl with some of the water that you used to boil the daikon.
4. Add a spoon of miso and some sesame seeds and mix.
5. Put the daikon on a plate and put the miso on the daikon.
