Garlic Top Salad

A simple to make salad, seasoned with garlic tops.
Ingredients
  Garlic tops 6
  Tomatoes 2
  Daikon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Pesto 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut up the garlic tops.
2. Cut the tomatoes.
3. Grate the daikon.

MAKING
4. In a pan, add olive oil and the cut garlic tops and and fry them.
5. In a bowl, add the garlic tops along with the cut tomatoes and daikon.
6. Add the pesto and toss well.

SERVING
7. Plate and serve.
