This is daikon. Big Root. There are many things you can do with daikon.

1 Cup (16 tbs)
1. Daikon strips: Cut the daikon into strips.
2. In a bowl, add the spicy miso. Serve the daikon sticks with the miso.
3. Daikon salad: Cut the daikon into small pieces or grate it using a food processor.
4. Add some carrots and greens and dressing.
5. Boiled Daikon: Place water to boil in a pan.
6. Put in some kombu dashi, chilli and soy sauce.
7. Add the daikon and boil it. Once done, plate and eat it with miso.
