Wasabi

In Japan, wasabi usually comes in a tube like this. It’s like toothpaste, but it’s green. The other day we bought some wasabi that wasn’t in a tube. It was also white for some reason. We ate in two different ways.
Ingredients
  Konbu dashi 1
Vegetable stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Wasabi root 1 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, boil some water with konbu dashi and vegetable stock.
2. Then add some cooked rice in a bowl.
3. Poured the water over the rice.
4. Then sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
5. Lastly, add the wasabi.
