Kinoko

In Japanese, mushrooms are called Kinoko. The other day I bought 5 of the popular varieties of mushroom.
Ingredients
  Eringi mushroom 2
  Bunashimeji 2
  Maitake mushroom 2
  Enokitake mushroom 2
  Namashiitake 2
  Garlic cloves 4
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chili 1 , chop
  Cooked cous cous 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut all 5 varieties of mushrooms.
2. Slice the garlic cloves.

MAKING
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry garlic and chili.
4. Add cut mushrooms and cook.

SERVING
5. Plate the mushrooms over the cous cous and serve.
