This an amazing Teriyaki Steak Bits recipe. This delicious steak is perfect for one of you family weekend luncheons. Try the Teriyaki Steak Bits for a filling and delicious lunch dish.
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry wine 2 Tablespoon
  Steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon

Combine soy sauce, spices, sugar, and wine to make a marinade.
Marinate meat in this at least 1 hour.
Drain meat, reserving liquid.
In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons margarine.
Brown meat cubes quickly on all sides.
Place meat in a chafing dish; pour sauce over it.
Stir occasionally.
You won't have to stir much, as your guests will eat the steak on handy toothpicks very quickly.
If you like, add some pineapple chunks to the chafing dish.
