Japanese Soy Chicken

Ingredients
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chili oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Clover honey 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 4
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

In a flat glass pan, combine the soy sauce, oils, garlic, ginger, pepper and honey.
Mix well to dissolve the honey.
Add the chicken breasts and turn to coatl Cover and refrigerate 1-4 hours.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
