|Lean beef||1 Pound (Such As Flank Steak, Or Bottom Round)|
|Sesame oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low sodium soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Nonfat cooking spray||1|
Remove any visible fat from the beef and place the steak in a flat glass pan.
Combine the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, green onion, garlic and ginger and pour over the meat.
Cover tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-12 hours.
Coat the grill with cook ing spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the beef for 6-7 minutes, or according to your preference.
Slice thinly across the grain of the beef.
If you choose to use the marinade as a sauce, boil it for at least 5 minutes before serving.
