Pineapple Teriyaki Burgers
|Lean ground chicken||1 Pound|
|Teriyaki sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Bottled)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh pineapple slices/4 canned slices||4 (0.25 Inch Thick)|
|Sesame seed hamburger buns||4|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
Combine the chicken, egg white, teriyaki sauce, onion, pepper and mustard in a medium bowl.
Shape into 4 patties.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the patties for 3 rninutes.
Open the grill and add 1 slice of pineapple to each patty.
Grill for 4-5 minutes, or according to your preference.
Serve on sesame seed hamburger buns or over steamed brown rice.
