Shrimp Teriyaki is a unique and winning shrimp preparation that is perfect for your dinner parties. Surprise your guests with this exquisite and well flavored shrimp dish. I am sure they will love the Shrimp Teriyaki.
Ingredients
  Peeled and deveined shrimp 1 Pound (Raw)
  Chinese pea pods 1⁄2 Pound
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Pineapple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Put shrimp and pea pods in cooker.
Combine the rest of the ingredients, mix ing well so that sugar dissolves.
Pour the liquid into the cooker and close cover.
Set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 2 minutes.
Cool at once to lower pressure under running water.
Serve.
