Teriyaki Cocktail Nibbles
|Unsalted roasted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsalted roasted cashews||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sultanas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn chips||100 Gram|
|Rice crackers||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Teriyaki sauce||3 Tablespoon|
Mix nuts, sultanas, com chips and rice crackers in a large bowl.
Melt butter for 1 minute on HIGH.
Add garlic, pepper and teriyaki sauce.
Cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.
Pour hot butter mixture over nut mixture and toss well.
