Japanese Crab Cakes
|Frozen peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated ginger/1/2 teaspoon ground ginger oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine crab meat, peas, eggs, mushrooms, and ginger.
Heat oil in large frying pan; fry all the batter at once, like a pancake.
Fry well on one side, then turn carefully and fry well on the other side.
Cut into slices and dip into soy sauce.
