Fish Teriyaki

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated gingerroot/Ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Fish fillets 2 Pound
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine soy sauce, sugar, oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
Let fish fillets marinate in marinade for 3 to 4 hours.
After arranging fish on broiling pan, pour on a little of the marinade.
Broil 6 inches from heat for about 4 minutes.
Turn, add a little more marinade, and sprinkle fish with sesame seeds.
Broil about 4 minutes longer, or until fish flakes.
