How to Make Coconut Rum-flavoured Nama Chocolate

Today I'm making some swirly white and dark "Nama" chocolate. This Japanese chocolate is a bit like a truffle and ganache mix. Super velvety and smooth it makes fantastic gifts... that is if you can bear to part with it.

Super customizable... flavor it with crushed nuts, crushed biscuit, different liquors and so forth, you can find a flavoring to call your own. Really easy and cheap to make as well!
