Japanese Teriyaki Tofu

Ingredients
  Tofu 7 Ounce
  Zucchini 1⁄2 Medium
  Green beans 8
  Sesame seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, put a bit of olive oil.
2 Place the tofu in the pan, and let cook on medium high heat.
3 Meanwhile, slice the zucchini lengthwise.
4 In a microwave safe bowl, combine the sliced zucchini and beans.
5 Cover with a plastic wrap and place the bowl in the microwave for a minute.
6 Meanwhile, prepare the teriyaki sauce, in a bowl add 1 tsp of honey,1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 drops of sesame oil and blend.
7 Check the tofu in the pan and turn it to cook the other side.
8 Take the beans and zucchini out from the microwave and remove the cover.
9 Sprinkle the vegetables with a bit of sesame oil along with some seeds.

SERVING
10 In a serving dish arrange the tofu and the prepared vegetables.
11 Sprinkle the prepared Teriyaki sauce on tofu and serve at once.
