Zenzai

Ingredients
  Prepared red beans 210 Gram
  Mochi 100 Gram, quartered (hard)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add prepared red beans and water. Place pan on high heat.
2. Add brown sugar and mochi in it.
3. Allow it to boil. Cook until mochi becomes soft and sticks to the chopstick.

SERVING
4. Transfer it to a serving bowl, and serve zenzai hot.
