Natto Dressing Salad

This video will show you how to make a healthy salad with Natto dressing!!! I mixed non-oil Aojiso (Shiso/perilla leaves) dressing with Natto (a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans) and poured on the salad. Natto is rich in isoflavones, which may prevent osteoporosis (dissolution of bone calcium), cancer, and menopause. Also, Natto is rich in protein. If you like Natto, please try out this recipe!!!
Ingredients
  Natto 1 Ounce (ground)
  Aojiso dressing 2 Tablespoon (Riken's Non Oil Aojiso (Shiso) Dressing)
  Salad mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Scallion 1 Tablespoon
  Nori sheet 1 Tablespoon (Kizaminori, finely shredded Nori sheet)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix ground Natto and the dressing.
2. On a platter empty the salad mix.
3. Pour Natto over it.

SERVING
4. Sprinkle with Kizaminori and chopped scallion on top and serve.
