1.) Place saran wrap down on your bamboo mat.
2.) Pat down prepared sushi right on the saran wrap and place nori sheet on top.
3.) Next, take your boiled shrimp and line them up in the middle of the nori wrap.
4.) Spread a good amount of crab salad on top of the shrimp, being sure not to add to much otherwise it will be difficult to roll.
5.) Bring the base of the roll over to the other side, rolling and squeezing firmly but gently.
6.) Keep pulling out the saran wrap as you continue to roll it forward.
7.) Remove the saran wrap and add sushi-grade fatty tuna, layering it on top of the roll so that each bite is covered completely.
8.) Take the saran wrap and put it back over the top, taking the bamboo mat and squeeze the roll once again, just firmly enough to make the fatty tuna stick on top of the roll.
9.) Now, grab your sushi knife and slice the pieces 1 by 1, about 2-finger-wdths max for the bite size pieces you're after.
1.) Once the pieces are cut individually, place on a plate and serve with sweet sauce.
2.) Eat immediately.
