1.On a sushi mat lined with plastic wrap, pat down the rice.
2.Top with the nori sheet.
3.A little into the nori sheet, place cucumber sticks and crab.
4.Place the avocado slices and eel too alongside.
5.Now start rolling from the end taking care to exert a gentle pressure along the way as shown in the video.
6.Remove plastic wrap and top with crab salad.
7.Sprinkle sesame seeds.
8.Cover with plastic wrap and use the bamboo mat again to firm up the roll as shown in the video.
9.Remove the mat and slice with a knife through the plastic wrap.
