Japanese Dressing

This dressing is great on fish and salad. Lemon juice is good to keep your body alkaline too...
Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nama shoyu 2 Tablespoon
  White miso 2 Tablespoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix lemon juice, nama shoyu, miso and thyme.
2. Whisk in the olive oil.
3. Mix well for few minutes.
4. Keep the dressing in freeze.

SERVING
5. Roast meat steaks and pour the dressing over it and serve.
