Japanese Marinade For Steaks

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients well; pour over steaks.
Marinate steaks at room temperature for 2 hours.
Marinade may be used to steam sliced onions and mushrooms to accompany steaks.
