Japanese-Style Pan Fried Unripe Avocado
1. Peel, stone and cut the avocado into thick slices.
2. Heat butter in a frying pan and pan-fry the avocado slices for about 3 minutes or so, each side, until golden brown. Cover the pan to prevent butter from splattering.
3. Sprinkle your favorite seasonings.
4. Serve the pan fried avocado, warm and crispy, as a side dish.
