Sushi, seaweed-free and with seaweed, raw
For sushi
  Cauliflower 1 , mashed finely in a blender
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
  Baby green 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped finely
  Avocado 1⁄2 , chopped finely
  Cos lettuce leaves 10
  Nori sheets 6 (raw organic)
For sauce
  Dates 10 , pitted, blended
  Tomatoes 3
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. For making non seaweed version - Cut the lettuce leaves from the middle and arrange cauliflower, cucumber, baby greens and avocado on it.
2. Roll tightly to make sushi rolls.
3. For making seaweed version – on organic nori sheet, arrange mashed cauliflower, cucumber, baby greens and avocado. Roll it tightly. Cut into halves.
4. For making the sauce – in a blender, combine dates, tomato and orange juice. Blend till mixed well.

5. Serve the sushi rolls with sauce.
