  Egg 3 , separated
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cream of tartar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs) (To Make The Water Bath)
  Fruit preserves 2 Tablespoon (I Used Apricot)
  Water 1 Tablespoon (Or Enough To Make Is Easily Spreadable)
  Diced strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
