Marinated Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green onions 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced
  Sirloin steak 3⁄4 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix first 7 ingredients.
2. Transfer into a shallow dish.
3. Dredge meat into the mixture and coat well.
4. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Turn occasionally.
5. Drain out meat from marinade.
6. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

SERVING
7. Serve hot.
