Classic Chicken Teriyaki
|Broiler fryer||3 Pound, cut it in serving -size pieces|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat the oven to 325°.
2. Marinate the chicken for about an hour along with other ingredients.
3. Take out the chicken from marinade, and arrange it in shallow baking dish and bake uncovered for an hour. Baste with marinade at least 2 or 3 times during the time of cooking.
4. Serve the chicken teriyaki with sauce on serving dish.
