|Round beef steak||1 Pound, thinly sliced across grain|
|Crisco||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in 1-inch pieces|
|Fresh spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Green onions||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|Fresh mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Canned bamboo shoots||10 Ounce (2 Cans, 5 Ounce Each)|
|Beef boullion cube||1|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1 In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat Crisco
2 Add in beef and cook until tender but not browned.
3 Add celery, spinach, onions, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots.
4 Cook, covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5 In a bowl, dissolve boullion cube in the hot water.
6 Mix with soya sauce and sugar.
7 Stir into the meat mixture.
8 Cook for another 15 minutes.
9 Excellent with hot cooked rice.
