Sukiyaki

Ingredients
  Round beef steak 1 Pound, thinly sliced across grain
  Crisco 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in 1-inch pieces
  Fresh spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced
  Canned bamboo shoots 10 Ounce (2 Cans, 5 Ounce Each)
  Beef boullion cube 1
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat Crisco
2 Add in beef and cook until tender but not browned.
3 Add celery, spinach, onions, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots.
4 Cook, covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5 In a bowl, dissolve boullion cube in the hot water.
6 Mix with soya sauce and sugar.
7 Stir into the meat mixture.
8 Cook for another 15 minutes.

SERVING
9 Excellent with hot cooked rice.
