Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients
  Light golden brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly-packed
  Catsup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), finely chopped
  Ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend the ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Heat it required.

SERVING
3. Use the Teriyaki Marinade to marinate and glaze beef, pork or chicken kabobs. You can also serve it as a dipping sauce for kabobs or appetizers.
