Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), drained, sliced
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Condensed cream of celery soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Turkey/Cooked turkey - 1 cup, diced 1 Can (10 oz), boned
  Water chestnuts 1 Can (10 oz), drained, sliced
  Cooked spinach 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, heat oil.
2) Add in the onions, mushroom and ginger. Saute till the onion becomes tender.
3) Next, add in the condensed cream of celery soup, water, turkey, chestnuts, cooked spinach and soy sauce.
4) Cook the mixture over low heat for about 10 minutes.
5) Stir occasionally.

SERVING
6) Serve the Tokyo Turkey hot, over steamed rice or noodles.
