Zucchini Teriyaki

Ingredients
  Beef bouillon 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Zucchini 2 Medium, peeled
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a small bowl, mix bouillon with 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
2. Cut zucchini into bite-size pieces.

MAKING
3. Into a hot pan, pour the soy mixture and add bean sprouts and onions; cook for 5 minutes with constant stirring.
4. Add the remaining soy sauce and using a spatula mix well.
5. Add zucchini to the vegetables.
6. Cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables are browned and cooked; turn frequently.

SERVING
7. Serve Zucchini Teriyaki over rice.
