Chicken Thighs in Pom Teriyaki
|Boneless chicken thighs||2 Pound|
|Provence blend||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Pomegranate teriyaki sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a bowl, place the chicken thighs.
2. Add Provence blend, olive oil and Pomegranate Teriyaki sauce(1 tablespoon), rub to coat the chicken thighs.
3. In a grilling pan, cook for about 3 to 4 minutes from each side, add Pomegranate Teriyaki sauce (2 tablespoons), cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot with rice.
