Chicken Thighs In Pom Teriyaki

  Boneless chicken thighs 2 Pound
  Provence blend 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pomegranate teriyaki sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. In a bowl, place the chicken thighs.
2. Add Provence blend, olive oil and Pomegranate Teriyaki sauce(1 tablespoon), rub to coat the chicken thighs.
3. In a grilling pan, cook for about 3 to 4 minutes from each side, add Pomegranate Teriyaki sauce (2 tablespoons), cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Serve hot with rice.
